I think what he's saying is that Taewook is more fragile because he's an omega and that's why he keeps getting hurt. i kind of wanted the annoying twink colleague to be in love with the mc & like fail to confess while trying to stop him from getting on the plane since that could build up the mc’s confidence a bit as someone who is desirable and worthy of love & also while the twink would still be awful, he’d at least be sympathetic in a pitiful way
