UNLESS he somehow someway cuts Hangyul's connection to blonde guy (forgot his name LOL). THEN he would regain his red thread again. Now, who that red thread would get connected to depends on him. It COULD be re-connected to Hangyul, but judging by how the story goes, it would probably be connected to Hangyul's brother. ASSUMING he would be able to cut it. But he probably would, cause I don't know how else the story could move forward.
