Because the first translation group dropped it, then it was picked Up by different people who dropped it as well and now a new translator took over. As far as I know the main series is already completed in the japanese version.

I liked the MLs personality in the beginning. He was cold but everyone knew but now it's gotten so much worse. I don't think this is love it's just obsession

Agreed. Though he treated Ji Jiu badly at first too. He does realise he wasn’t being fair expecting Jiu to be same as Shen.

Okay so I don't know. When 'vulture' started up, candy's mom was the director of team management or something. I guess candy grew up with the main boss, I have a feeling that maybe him and candy's mom dated or got married? Right now the blond guy is good. He saved the semester dad and got candy to safety. Vultures goal is to get the COMPLETE blueprint and auction it off. To do this, he needs the professor, thus why candy is protecting him on the private island.

I like the first cp too but it's annoying to just keep saying the same. Why can't people be patient and enjoy 2nd cp and then the 1st cp will come
