Honestly, the uke like seme trope is getting wildly common, or more so than before. So that could totally happen, or they could even be a switch. But the author sorta tends to stick to the cliches so I wouldn’t hold my breath. Who knows, it may become a plot twist in the bedroom xD

I understand but you need to take the author into consideration, Sakura sensei always makes her ukes smaller and with face melting, while this work you mentioned (the authors name is wrong) is written by Wakoko sensei (I've read all of her works already so im not using melted face as an excuse) she's similar to Mishima Kazuhiko, they literally makes ALL of her works with small cute seme and manly big uke. Also I'm not complaining about your taste or whatever, I'm just saying that it prob wont be cause thats how the author usually behaves

True. Like I said in my reply to the op, this author is known to stick to the fluffy cliches, and that’s infantile ukes (cutesy and small) whilst the seems are “manly” and bigger. I highly doubt the logistics of this will pan out the way the op hopes for, but we never know, this might be Sakura’s first work where they turn the tables and the power dynamic changes. I mean so far, despite the uke not taking the lead, they seem to be comfortable, so my guesses is probably a cutesy in the streets but a complete freak in the sheets (power bottom)

There's no doubt that the actual term but did you read my comment? I said that people are using really incorrectly in every place besides japan and even there people aren't using it correctly. People consider lolis today as small cute girls and there'll be much manga such as "my mom is a loli" or "my older brother is a shota". I don't disagree with your copy and paste since that's the dictionary term but like otaku is used for anime nerd, even though it's real meaning is just a nerd who's really into a specific thing, "ooh he's a plant otaku". If you'd like a term that's closer to heart the think of retarded. It means slow and a disabled person although it's used to offend others. It's a medical term being used incorrectly. Try telling someone who uses the word retard against others that they should use it correctly! They'll curse at you and maybe try to come with ways to say it's ok to use it that way.
