Mmmm so I'm not into BDSM or anything but kinda feel like there are times when the sub might not be in the right headspace to remember to use it. He even tried and couldn't bc he was panicking. Like it's not just about the sub knowing when to stop it. It's also the dom knowing when the sub is pushing themself too hard. So I'm glad he did eventually stop it, but he should've done so earlier. I think this was meant to be a scene to show that they're still learning each other and hopefully this will be a learning experience for both of them and I hope they actually sit down and communicate about what went wrong.

Just reread this one. It's SO good. So realistic, and it's so refreshing to see a relationship form in a BL just bc two people just freaking want to be together and there's no obsession or miscommunication or lying or manipulation involved. But there was still enough drama for it to be a little heart-twinging without being like, soap opera levels to make me roll my eyes. And c'mon. Jongchan is HOT. It just proves good smut can exist without going to extremes.
This would've been a much better story if it was just literally a misunderstanding and there was no SA. Disappointing, it had promise.
