jesus christ
okay I don't feel so bad for the 'friend' for being threatened bc he's just as self-serving, no wonder he abandoned Sooyoung so fast
but like
Taeji. Bruh. My insane little shitnoodle. Sooyoung already likes you, you don't gotta do all that!!! That's what I hate the most about these obsessive mls. 99% of the time the character they're fixated on already has feelings for them.
I'm genuinely afraid of what will happen when they become adults. I feel like it's gonna be a repeat of Even if You Don't Love Me
idk what point you dropped it but
spoilers
this is to the best of my recollection, it's been a while since I read the earlier chapters so I may get something wrong, just fair warning
after highschool the uke is raped repeatedly by the guys he's working with and lives in abject poverty and he's barely surviving
eventually seme finds him again, takes over his debt, is so angry he ran away that he basically is like "I own you now" which just retraumatizes uke (I think he forces him to give him head too or something). somehow they end up living together (uke is basically confined there) and seme does an investigation on his past, finds out all the horrible shit he'd been through, suddenly realizes he's been contributing to it, pays for uke to get a psychologist, uke starts going to therapy and starts making progress (which was great!), they admit their feelings for each other, they have consensual sex (which tbh was rushed, seme should have waited, this is a repeat-SA victim but ok) and then fucks it up and mysteriously goes back to his controlling ways (for literally no reason) and now they're doing some thing with some insane drug-addicted guy who is also obsessed with uke and apparently uke gets kidnapped or something but I'm just...not interested in reading that rn lol
sucks that it seems like the smut in this one is basically gonna be either coerced or straight up SA but ig it's meant to be a fucked up story so ok whatever *sigh*
but seeing greenhair describe what he thinks is blondie but he's actually describing himself and having a breakdown over it...that's some good shit
(c'mon really, you've broken down the entire universe into data? BRUH. self-delusional much lmaooooo)
I was reading this up til idk remember what chapter it was but whenever MC ran off back to his abuser
like okay it's realistic but I'm too sensitive for this shit, I'd rather see a happy ending than just unending pain, ppl who like extreme drama enjoy lmao
I'll come back when it's finished to see what dumbass conclusion the author gives this

I really don't understand why writers pull that shit "oh I'm breaking up with you for your own benefit/to protect you/etc" -- it's such an overused trope and so unrealistic.
like I'm an Old, my spouse and I have been together for almost two decades now and in that time we've been through some shit, and never once did either of us go "I'm going through a hard time, y'know what would make this better? Breaking it off with the person I love."
just like. tf. ugh.
esp when he literally hit your abusive shit brother with a trash can???? wife that little chihuahua already.
I get that he's been Through It. And up until this latest shenanigan I was kinda with him, but the push and pull is heading into the ridiculous territory now. Wrap it up lol
It's only a highschool type trope. "Im breaking up with you because you're better off without me" if they agreed with that, they'd leave you themselves. It's the stupidest logic imo. Or the just-as-common-trope of "i either tell them i like them or i leave" and instead they leave instead of possibly being rejected. Especially in these stories where theyve already kissed or something, then they pull that, im like WHY??? I've been with my bf two years and we've had the talk of "if you have all of these complaints with me, why dont you leave" but never actually have. It just boggles my mind how people are willing to give up everything so easily
