You’re right, the panels aren’t missing, it just looks like that because the order is wrong, therefore the panels don’t sync up. I was so confused by the dialogue

Seungho drinks alone in his room, remembers what NK said during their meal earlier the same day (flashback), flips a table in the present out of anger, goes to NK's room and ask him to strip.
