i think you should! :) the anime/live action are extremely limited bc of the censoring of publicized homosexuality. since they were able to do a kiss in ch120, and they had numerous flirty scenes, more scenes like that should pop up :) as well as the confession part. this manhua will definitely show more than the anime. i say read it !
