I'm kimda dissatisffied with this ending, everything feels so rosy and fake idk And the art change being all cutsie is not helping. I think it just feels rushed, but at the same I don't want to keep reading abou them any longer if this is the attitude they're gonna be treated with. Sasya having a magic cure of his deeply rooted mental illnesses is just the top on the cherry really, for a story that invested so much time exploring those issues they were just looked over in its ending is meh
The thing is: the ambiguous friendship is not sustainable. They both know they care for each other, they like each other and love each other, bu their new friendship is ultimately going to burden both of them will they ever try to get a partner, unless the partner enters in a poly relationship so these two can love each other without breaking any hearts. And a person with such mindset is not easy to come across. A realistic mess of a long ass love which I wished had ended in a proper romantic relationship, but such is life I guess.
