What I mean is: she wants revenge but she is targeting the knife (demons) instead of the one holding it (god).

And MC is the biggest chance to get to God, so even if it means temporary “using the knife” (siding with demons here) that killed my beloved, If it have to do it in order to get revenge on god, the one responsable, I will.
