In chapter 298 when Nagi passes to reo after deciding there will be no other option offly reminds me of Isagi in chapter 1 when he passed to his teammate and ultimately lost. I may be reading to much into it but I swear it seems so similar but I can't help but believe this'll be a huge turning point for Nagi. Then again I didn't read the recent chapter yet so I'll see if this theory(?) changes in a few mins.
Also 298 + 1 = 299 so I'm going to say this helps my theory more (it lowke doesn't??)
I was thinking that too! How it definitely is reminiscent of Isagi's initial character with the losing move in whatever highschool he goes to. Isagi was able to improve by going to blue lock and ditching the team mindset. Nagi went to blue lock but was always reliant on a team, he made all of his moves with Reo then Isagi helped and then was just always relying on someone due to his lack of ethusiasm then creativity. Leaving Blue Lock and Reo would force Nagi to stand on his own if he still plays. If there actually is a parallel, maybe we might even see Kira and Nagi and there'll be some poetic jazz since Kira caused Isagi to lose in that first match we see and well yeah but also I just want to see Kira come back for a second
I became so desperate I went to the og translation site just to read the next chapter (there is currently 54) but after chapter 44 there's a whole ass pay wall like bitch isn't this entire site illegal fuck you making me pay money for? So I left to rant about this
Yyeh that makes sense, I both thought and understood that but I'm a petty ass hater and complaining is breathing for me Lemon Tart☆
Yea, same here lol. But I just say it to myself (thinking it to myself) rather than comment about it since I have no right. I mean hey I read illegally
I see femboy manga, I click, my reading and already reading list is generally getting invaded, but somehow it's usually just cute and silly and I love mangas like that, I'm not a femboy sooner I swear
I started to read blue lock and can already feel myself becoming more of an asshole.
I could already tell I'm going to come out a toxic, overdramatic football fan after this, already yelled out goal while clutching my hands and screaming after their first win.
