I don't really care about the plastic surgery. I just wanna know... how did he became so tall in the span of two years? He's past puberty from the beginning, ain't he? He's even a head taller compared to other male characters on this manhwa. That's my only sentiment

I wouldn't call that "plastic surgery" ._. They can put metal parts in your bones (they do this only when people have one leg shorter than another, I think)
