Ed was the one who voluntarily seek out porn industry. He needed money. He could have find another decent job and work himself to the bone, but he chose porn with easy money. No one has forced him. The porn can be watch through the internet, so he is aware anyone can see it, it was only a matter of time for the people around him to know that he did porn. His current situation, he had it coming... but he’s blaming McQueen for all of it. How fair is that.

Yes Ed's blaming him 100% isn't reasonable but his true question is what kind of person makes a porn vid featuring himself as a rapist and using a rape victim and his current lover to narrate it? What kind of sick person does that and going OFF of that Ed questions every single video he has made and all of his life choices. Sure, he decided to do it in the end but deep down he expected McQueen to protect him. His life is falling apart and McQueen is acting like he had no part in it at all.

I personally don't agree with this. Sure maybe McQueen did expect Ed to be by his side through all of this and he is going through his own stuff. Sure. But you forget there is a power dynamic that does exist btwn the two and McQueen has been the one who actually has been unprofessional with his business relationships. This is obvious when McQueen says he'll be fine but Ed is now broke and miserable. You cannot deny that Ed feels justified in feeling used especially after hearing Ryan's side of the story.

And sure its hard to support someone who is blaming you for everything but McQueen didnt even ACKNOWLEDGE Ed's feelings at the minimum. He literally was like oh you got fired. Oh your face. Keep in mind McQueen 100% knew this was going to happen. The key considerate thing he said was: Oh come work for me. Maybe in that convo Ed had hoped for that little sign he cared about him. Didnt happen bc he's so angry he starts blaming him for everything.
So basically, Yoshino was just being pull of himself...
