I don't know this manga but I guess the author is AIBA Kyoko. It's her way of drawing.
And I agree with you about Yonezou Nekota's art. Her drawings are always beautiful. Elektel delusion and Hidoku Shinaide are among my favorite mangas.

The drawings are beautiful, the only thing that disturbed me quite a lot was the arm of Akira when he was on top of his "father"… It was so damn long, what– I didn't like it.

Explaining better, he got excited when he was a kid, but he didn't really undersatnd why, and got really scared, his family probably put in his head that feeling was wrong and disgusting, so he didn't develop properly his sexual side. Now, whit Kurose, Shirotani kind of HAS to deal with this feeling again, and beign traumatizes, he keeps rejecting his "sexual" side, still stuck on the concept that beign excited is something terrible wrong.
I'm not sure if this is right, but this is what I understood so far.
Let's hope he overcomes his trauma and finally answers to Kurose's feelings *-*

By the way, Kurose seemed so sad when he left... He's always so expressionless, but this time, he was a bit sad... And when Shirotani said "Don't touch me, that's disgusting." his eyes were so scaaaaary. (〜￣△￣)〜
