I liked that the author made both characters yearn for each other, Most yaoi's are always one sided. Where one character loves the other person while other character does't give a f about the another one (ennead). I love that both of them want each other it so different.

the story itself is layered & compelling but also the way its told is so clever & well done. if you are only reading the first couple chapters I can sort of see how you wouldn't get the hype but once you start to understand the characters & their relationship, it becomes something so much bigger.
