In chapter 57, Inbeom was the one KISSING Seungtaek. In chapter 59, Seunghee thought he was stopping Suhyeok going out of school. In the next chapter he was confused that WASN'T Suhyeok.
The differences between Inbeom and Suhyeok are the hair and the eyes. Inbeom have more messy hair and squinty eyes.
The first link is clearly an error and I don't speak Korean but I'm 100% sure that those drawing are in fact Kwon Inbeom's chara design on the right and Suhyeok's on the left.
Now you can continue to be confused or whatever suits your taste.

I think people should stop hating on Sunghee. For me, he is the most relatable character. He is a cold jerk because he doesn't want to be hurt. He want to be understood but he doesn't want anyone next to him. That sound like a contradiction but he is kind of lost with his feelings. That's what makes him arrogant. He will only be vulnerable to those close with him and who show him a real affection. He doesn't want to be close to Kyubin and Sungtaek because he was like a third wheel in their drama.
He likes the old dude because he was the one he was at ease with. I think he will love Suhyeok because that guy will be the one to break his walls.
