I think the pearls plot line was kind of forgotten, suddenly it is no longer relevant. I'd have been interesting if that were to be explored more imo
Even after 114 chapters I don't feel like Hyesung and Doujin go well together, there's no chemistry for me. I get where Hyesung is coming from but I think regarding their character development we're still stuck at the same place, the same dynamics and same problems in their marriage. At some point I wish they'd just divorce because it's a miracle it has worked at all so far, how has it lasted?! ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It's a masterpiece! Beautiful from start to finish, stunning art and an equally stunning story, it didn't disappoint! The over message and dialogues touched me, the way the author portrayed the essence of human life and the characters' own pov of it was wretching but also heartwarming. Everything felt deliberate and we'll planned. Loved it.

There's been a few times, this chapter included, that Jaekyung's reaction it's been tamer than I expected!! He's usually violent but actually not that impulsive, he has more brains that I gave him credit for. We'll see later when he's actually in love but for now he's not super overbearing (other than in sex lol) ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Now take that knowledge and read the story again and carefully. He only gets violent on a few points. He is more quite and reserved. He is not what he seems to be. The threats he will not follow through some. To explain it better think of as he has a facade from what we have seen so far.
