omfg the last couple of chapters were stressful af. I've never experienced this level of anxiety after the protagonists got away and achieved their freedom. I kept thinking jiwoon's going back to the boss or something. The uneasiness still lingers because Jiwoon being cooped up everyday seems to be a major issue in their relationship that isn't resolved by the end.
But, I love them, I'm happy for them, and I'm glad it's a happy ending. I genuinely enjoyed everything about this story.

lol the characters are so expressionless. Idk if it's intentional or lacking in ability on the author/illustrator's part but it could be improved.
Anyways, yay! we're finally getting some action again!!

I feel like it’s intentional because by the looks of it they both have a hard life and most people are emotionless and even apathetic. The most expression you get out of the mc is his inner thoughts or when his other side comes out and the expressions for the ml aren’t very much seen because it is focusing on how he should act towards the mc. He is a bodyguard so that does make sense if he doesn’t smile or blush or even smirk. That’s why the person with the most expression was that guy that lives near mc (I forgot his name)
Honestly...the first half was a bit bland and generic. The delicate uke, outgoing seme, evil ex setup is just so painfully stale and uninteresting at this point but the second half was pretty good. The missed connection and first love between them in high school was bittersweet and beautiful. The uke standing up for himself and actively making change was great. Overall pretty good read.
ps: wish we got to read about the ex and the friend getting together. Their dynamic was pretty interesting.
