At first I was disappointed that they didn't talk it out, but frankly, it's the begging of the season and it's not like them to do so. Sex has always been their way to connect. Although TJ saying he missed YW and YW confessing he felt MISERABLE when TJ left is actually a lot of progress when you think about their dynamics and how they NEVER talk. I think in the future, with the grow we saw in TJ's character, he won't let things slide like that anymore. After things cool down, at some point, they definitely will put all their cards on the table.
How can you read this story and think that these two men don't love each other? That they don't deserve to have a moment of peace and be together after everything they've been thru? Yeah, it's definitely fucked up, but the story has been showing us that the reasons why everything between them has always be so hard is because of OUTSIDE CIRCUMSTANCES! They love each other to death, but love doesn't solve nothing in the type of world they grew up in. Oh Lord, please let them suffering end and all their trials end in full bloom
A lot to unpack here, but I'll just go with a few things that stick out the most to me. I think by now is very obvious Nanjo likes having sex with Monkyeon, but as a lot of ppl mentioned before it must be hard for him to accept that for various reasons, since not only he enjoys sex with a man, but he is the bottom. As for romantic feelings, I don't believe Nanjo has any for Monkyeon, neither for the twink. Since the beginning I'm a firmer believer that his "feelings" for Twink was nothing more than infatuation because, as we know, Twink is very good at deceiving Nanjo. I think he was curious because Twink can feels like a breath of fresh air in his life, since he is a business man. However, what he "feels" for Monkyeon is very much more raw and total distinct, because Monkyeon brings the best out of him thru the worst. Monkyeon breaks Nanjo's perfection imagine to explore his own obsession, but in the middle of that he also ends up showing Nanjo a new side of himself, a new way to explore life, and I think that this is the worst part for Nanjo, who has a very rough appearance and approach to life.
To summarize, I think the season ended perfectly, with Twink finding out too. This is going to shatter the dynamics between all of them. What makes me sad is to think that Nanjo won't care not even a bit for Monkyeon and will likely hate him after that, and ask forgiveness from Twink. And I think Monkyeon already knows that, which is why he decided to act like this. He knew, and despite his last words, he knows that there is no "us" between him and Nanjo. He likely knows as well that when Nanjo wakes up, there will be nothing but rage for him. And let's not forget that Nanjo doesn't know yet that Monkyeon broke their deal, so there's that yet to Unreval and Shatter things between them even more.
S2 is going to be amazing!
I believe Nanjo knows Mok broke the deal, he specifically asked him in the previous chapter and Mok went "oooh" then we saw Nanjos menacing face and something about how can he possibly trust Mok (when Mok cannot keep his promises)
No girl. Don’t worry. The author already confirmed that they do like each other and this is a story about the two of them. Sunhwa was only the means for Nanjo to discover and admits that he likes men. Nanjo does like Mokyeon. That’s why the author included random moments and the sweet smiles from Nanjo to Mokyeon. The problem is the first time that Nanjo doesn’t need to act a certain role. With Mokyeon he can just be himself. That’s where the drama lies. But they do like each other. It might feel only physical because we haven’t seen Nanjo’s pov, but it’s not only physical for him

And it's just as I said, for Nanjo it must be hard breaking out of his "perfect" persona, that's why being with Monkyeon makes him so uneasy. But I know that he enjoys being with him, though it is mainly because of sex rn. In the future he will learn how to deal with these new emotions I'm sure :pp
Yup. Nanjo likes Mokyeon and was ready to step out and become a couple with him. He’s been ready to do so for a while. After all, he’s the one who suggested it first. Back then, Mokyeon didn’t know Nanjo liked him, so he took it as Nanjo trying to end the deal and he panicked. Since ending the deal would have meant losing Nanjo bc he had no idea Nanjo liked him.
But since Mok broke the deal later, he’s having a hard time trusting Mokyeon’s volatile nature. He probably thought “if I give into his request now, how can I know he’ll be faithful to me and won’t sleep with Sunhwa again?”
Hmm... never occured to me that it could mean anything else, it was quite clear from the way Nanjo asked Mok if Mok honored their deal and he went sure but then remembered and went oh and Nanjo was like staring at him ang going see I cannot trust you because you keep breaking your promises
I mean, I don't think so lol. I don't think there's been even a moment where Nanjo thought of having a serious relationship with Monkyeon. It was just transitional for him, even though he enjoys it. His main goal has always been keeping Monkyeon away from Twink, not engage in a serious relationship with him. That's my take on it. I think Monkyeon knows this as well, that's why he has lost his shit many times. He craves the affection Nanjo only ever directed to Twink. Nanjo hostility towards Monkyeon remained, even though there were moments it cracked and he was able to be sweet to him too. But idk about the "he was ready to be a couple" lol it not even for a second semmed like that for me (and for many other people).

That’s why that’s your take and many other people and many of us read it that way. The rest of us follow not only the story but the authors notes and info she drops about the story on social media. I think it’s important to read the story with all of this available and not come for people just because they disagree with you.
