I have seen too those tweets of her explaining you're mentioning how this title best convey the korean title essence . But in reality this unofficial title is very close literal meaning which author herself accepted. I have also seen another tweet of her where she was using extremely bad language for this unofficial title which she deleted just after few minutes. But I have a screenshot of that tweet. So I feel like it's her personal anger towards the illegal title that made her go for something else.

For Monkyeon to smile, someone will have to cry and I don't care if it is even Nanjo atp because of the two, at least one is true: Nanjo either knows Sunhwa is a piece of shit, or he will not care/believe whatever Monkyeon says, and in either options he's being an idiot and I don't take him for an idiot. Atp in the story I feel like Monkyeon is the only character who cares depth of feelings. Sunhwa is a little bitch and Nanjo is so indifferent that even his affection towards Sunhwa feels bland. As Monkyeon said "fake smile", and I agree. Everything about his interactions with Sunhwa feels fake because he's trying to polish himself and their relationship into perfection. But little does he know that perfection doesn't equal love. Anyways, things are getting good. I feel sorry for Monkyeon and pity Nanjo.
