Well, as per the omega, I recall them saying that once they give birth they will die shortly after, its like written in their DNA to do so, but the ML, because of his history, I think he doesn't want any emotional attachments because he knows what happened to his birth mother, hence the plan to have the heir, eliminate the omega, and satisfy the father. The ML didn't expect to meet his fated pair. This is my theory..
