during the whole monologue it refers to mc as "he" so theres no way it wasnt ml's thoughts. plus the fact we in the scene kinda sees it from mls perspective. I think he found out after they did it in the car and mc woke up and ml was acting mad suspicious. think it was 25-27 or around that
