I think it's because of the motives for the first murder and the circumstances of the next two. Killing an abuser, killing a pedophile, and then killing her friend would've probably been the biggest blow to her sentence. Plus she was a minor and her friends possibly vouched for her. Though her sentence should've been WAYYYYY long even with these factors.
