ive noticed that if the love triangle is two girls liking the same guy (in shoujo) they will usually become friends eventually but if its two guys liking the same girl theyre enemies. Its so annoying to see, because it ruins the whole story when two guys hate each other and fight for the same girl, so with this new guy getting introduced, since he'll obviously fall for her, i just hope he wont be a nuisance (more than he automatically becomes as a 2nd love interest)
