I'm disappointed in this manwha. I wish Chamin was left alone as a heterosexual boy and Dowan was given a new character as his partner. Why? Chamin had been given such a deep past from which he was pulled out and supported by a woman. Chamin was a character that was deep and well-fleshed out. But these recent chapters in Room to Room has made him a total moron. Who in their mind dismisses scratch marks, bite marks and stuff coming out of the body just like that? What about the emotional relationship he had with the girl? I'm not saying they're not allowed to break up but that is three years of time where they formed so much of a bond dismissed just like that. The story has placed so little importance on his past and made his present to be pretty stupid. Chamin's character had SO MUCH potential but he's just dismissed as Dowan's love interest. Room to Room could've been so much more. Window beyond Window had a plotline but it wasn't anything too deep. I liked it because it didn't claim to be otherwise. It was a fun manwha. However, Room to Room is different. When it was given so much, then completely dismissing all that it was given... it's disappointing.

I get what you are saying and I agree with some of your points, but chamin was always the love interest from the very beginning. The reason most of us(at least me) read this manga is because we want to see the relationship between them two. It would be a real cock tease to show them all sexy on the cover, just to have chamin straight and not do anything with dowan. But yeah he is a fucking dunce.

Well, yes. Since he's on the cover, it would be disappointing if he isn't going to be Dowan's partner. Wish it was someone else on the whole from the beginning itself. It's just that the strong Chamin from Window Beyond Window and the initially layered Chamin who went through all that terrible crap in Room to Room "became" and not even "is" but "became" a complete dunce, as you said () and that's what's disappointing! But of course, crying over spilt milk is no use but I hope Chamin is made to have at least a bit of common sense in the upcoming chapters. It'd be so sad for who he was as a character, otherwise

When I broke up with my boyfriend, I spent five months lying under the cot doing nothing but reading manga. That's how I got introduced to manga..lol.. I hated everyone who came next to me and tried talking to me. I screamed and pushed everyone away. It was only later that I realised crying over someone who had no value in my life while rejecting the people who stood by me throughout, they were who I should fight for. To live for. I hope people reading this realise that while we may be stuck in our cuccon of depression, we are essentially hurting the people who would do anything for us. I love my mom, dad and sister so much now..

Everything feels trivial for the person who doesn't experience it. ^sigh^ they then compares their dissimilar traumas but the weight of one's emotions while they're experiencing it is similar, no? But where do we draw the line? A person who's scared of lizards because it fell in their mouth as he/she slept against a wall one day as against a person who's scared of hot iron since they were burnt by their mother? Is one trumping the other? Must we sympathise and understand both of their circumstances the same way? Is it even fair to judge their measure of their fear? What is even "trivial" and according to whose standards?
Translations often are said to lose the real essence of its original language be it novels or mangas alike. I don't know Japanese however your translations make me recognise the changes in Nachi's way of speech. Thank you for putting so much effort into helping us get the essence of the story and notice both its obvious and subtle changes. Thank you so much.
