I think what I liked most about it is this one small thing. They realised that them going out with another girl was a selfish and horrible thing to do for the girls they were dating. Usually BL mangas portray these women as horrible and it's really disappointing. Every single emotion in this manga is so realistic that tiny details such as these contribute so much to how wholesome the story is.

So, the father's side of the family has a belief, to not let women who dies as virgins be buried as virgins. Obviously, his wife thought he's crazy but still the father performed necrophilia which his wife saw and that forced her to premature labour. The shock of both seeing his father raping his sister's corpse and the blood oozing out of his mother's legs due to her, all of it traumatized this dude...
And lastly, he needed to do the same with his dead younger sister because that's just how the men do it in his family.

That’s what I get from it too. I think the dreadful look on the brother’s face when they learnt that his sister can’t have sex, is because he knows he will be the one responsible to make her “an adult” if she dies early. That’s why he’s so focused on making sure she’s alive. The reason why he can only have sex with sleeping girls might have to do with the trauma, not because he lusts after his sister.

Honestly, I prefer her being sensed than him. Is that because I'm a woman too? It's just really annoying and depressing for the woman to always be concerned about the man. The first to fall always ends up being the loser and the pained. Not that I want Ceasar to hurt and it'd be better that they get together still, Canaria's denseness is still better than Ceasar being dense.
And chilli sauce coming right up. And THAT'S gonna be something.
