Hugo is really shooting himself in the foot here. Whether Flynn meant it to be a “date” or not, he still invited Hugo to spend time with him, which is significant since that’s how people actually fall for each other. But because he’s a whiny pissbaby who’s not getting exactly what he wants exactly when he wants it, he’s a surly, condescending jerk to Flynn instead. GET IT TOGETHER MAN.

I guess it makes sense given his family and position of power, I mean he does refer to Flynn and other normal people as "commoners," but goddamn man. I really want to see Flynn gain some confidence and genuine investment with Hugo, but I wonder how they'll make that happen when the power imbalance is so severe. Inviting Hugo to the festival was a big step for someone who's just been pulled along by this relationship so far, which makes his response that much worse.
It'll have to be Hugo changing more than Flynn, IMO. As long as he respects Flynn's physical boundaries I can go along for the ride - I think the reason I don't hate him like I'd usually hate a ML like this is because there hasn't been much of a physical relationship between them, so while Hugo is definitely using his position of power to get what he wants, it doesn't cross into the usual SA territory. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

He chose to keep hiding (and doing) something he knew would upset MC, then guilts him when he finds out and… gets upset? Not cute. I mean he’s not a monster or anything but he IS a jerk and low-key manipulative. Separating professional and personal is also an unreasonable ask when the instagram account that’s the real crux of the issue is a personal project.

Man idk what response I was expecting to the events of the last chapter but this... wasn't it? What happened was quite brutal and it's just kind of being brushed off while Hyowon worries about what made Shin-woo angry.
Shin-woo seems somewhat regretful, I guess? Between this and Scammed and Rammed I'm so upset that we keep seeing this kind of thing eliciting little if any reaction from either party. This is not nearly as egregious but still.

It wasn't "quite brutal" is why. Bottom is a masochist who did enjoy it for one, and for two it's a relatively small injury which will heal within days. That's why he's more concerned about the tops reasoning than his own injury. Hell, it was probably hot for him, just concerning in that he didn't know where it came from. If he tore during play he wouldn't have even blinked at it, as he himself mentioned it was amazing it didn't happen sooner (considering his M proclivities and the tops size). I totally get why you'd be upset but this is the one case of "it's not that serious" that I can honestly say didn't trigger my "cover jealousy with SA" irritation.

If anyone is willing to translate them, I own the full anthology and could probably clean the raws pretty easily.

I can’t understand a word of it, though.
Started out funny with a naive beefy bottom and an enigmatic ML, but it only took a few chapters to become manipulative, coercive, and rapey. That’s a no from me.
