You kind of forget how heavy Dojun's family drama is ╥﹏╥ this poor dude's entire family is trash & he's been through so much abuse. If his brother & that blonde dude (or shitty grandfather) make him suffer any more I'll be pissed!
The art is gorgeous & I love this author's other works but I don't feel the chemistry here at all. Love interests like Mitsuki are so unbearable to me...hopefully things improve

Was there a point to that bc of the magic thing or was incubus just being even more terrible than usual for literally no reason?? Like their whole relationship was sketchy from the beginning bc literal demon, but that was ick. Atp if we don't start seeing some serious care for Yusa beyond the protective/possessive schtick I'll be peeved (╬￣皿￣)凸
The story was actually good - very bittersweet & painful, but it needed like 3-4 more chapters to wrap it up properly...quite unsatisfying. For me the chemistry btw Geumhwa & Seungjae really tanked after SJ basically raped G. Then to suddenly appear at the end - no explanation, all smiles? Meh.
Also the ex is a total POS. Just bc an abuser has moments of humanity & love for the victim doesn't make the torture & rape any less horrific.
Rereading & this manga has a lot of great things - the different perspectives about hearing loss/disabilities, the art, the story-weaving, etc... but the romance is an afterthought. After 5 volumes the couple can barely kiss without freaking outヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
It seems like the author is more interested in introducing new characters instead of fully developing the existing ones
Maybe bc of a big break between these previous works? I feel like their distinct art style is still there but everything looks a little off (esp the faces) & not as refined. Even tho I love this series I can't get past it ┗( T﹏T )┛
