The beginning is rough bc Sena is just trash & the relationship basically starts w/blackmail...but by the end you're rooting for them so much & Sena is such a good partner. Esp seeing them after the time jump - he's totally supportive of Rei being a badass & is confident in his abilities. Basically the society they live in is disgusting towards omegas, but they're trying to fight against that so you root for them.
is not bc it's the most warped storyline or characters...but it's just a waste of time. Like what even is the point of this?? TLDR: Trash & idiot seme constantly cheats & uke is so pathetic he not only willingly stays, he stands up for his trash partner to another guy pursuing him. Nothing else happens
At the start they were an interesting flawed pair w/their own issues...I appreciate that Hira made progress w/normal friendships, but it's 3 steps back w/Kiyoi (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ why tf are you doing sexual things w/him but you can't have a conversation w/out groveling & acting like you're going to kill yourself? Kiyoi is actually making an effort to change & try to make it a functional relationship...but it's like he said - Hira only cares about some ideal fantasy instead of the real person. I get he has insecurity issues but he's the kind of person when any time they hear a perceived critique, they break down & their partner has to coddle them. It's a big emotional burden - like pls get therapy my guy

this author often stretches stories out so much that it gets boring & you forget the story w/the slow updates. Like it should not take 9 whole volumes to get to a point where they're a couple but the ml is still tsundere max & his father complex/homophobia is still a problem. I'm begging for a time skip or smth major to happen & move this plot along
