Good story, beautiful art, unusual background setting, awesome characters, everything is perfect so far.
The only thing bugging me is the unusual amount of hate towards An in the comment sections. IMHO it's normal for a young doctor (an anxious perfectionist hospital heir on top of that) to act like that. She still inexperienced yet already has to carry the burden of maintaining a hospital's reputation due to her family's circumstance. It's very UNDERSTANDABLE if she becomes so tense toward others and herself like that. In fact, she's maybe my most favorite character here so far. WHY? Because she's a very strong character (a rare trait in mangas nowadays); she own her mistake, she apologize to those that she offended, she's ashamed of her behaviour and instantly reflect on it, she accept her cluelessness (bitterly) and ready to learn more about radiology. Yes, she almost always do something wrong (on purpose? i don't think so..), but NEVER once I see her doing something bad without fixing it/apologize for it/reflecting on it.
She just had a very bad behaviour, but not necessarilly a bad person.

Every person alive has backgrounds that makes him/her do things their way. A good story teller is the one who managed to bring a logical connection between their characters's characteristic with their past. I'm not saying I agree with her behavior. I'm saying that her character makes sense, strong and consistent. That's why I can't blindly hate her, because I understand where her behaviour came from. Also, she admit all of her mistakes, owning it, and reflecting on it, that's what strong people do.

There are special farm that house specialty cows with feelings and intelligence. Those are the highest grade of meat that only served to presidents for many generations. Imagine the secrecy and security the farmer had to maintain to protect the intelligent cows from being known by common demons. Imagine how we would reacted if we knew that cows are originally intelligent and have feelings and friends, we would protested, symphatized with cows and stop eating cows and for our surprise, we gradually loose our awareness and humans lost its humanity. Seems like our intelligence only exist because we eat cows, but only the government and few elites knows that fact. The existence of intelligent cows are protected by the government, so there is NO WAY we could ever aware of their existence. The ones who know and have seen the intelligent cows outside the government is some spiritual nomaden people, and if someone ever mention that cows are as intelligent as human, 10% sure the other will said "nice try you, vegans. LOL". Now imagine the intelligent cows escape those farms, meet with other intelligent escapee cows, saving fellow intelligent cows from human hunters and somehow managed to survive for years out there. Now, they are plotting a human massacre (for the main reason so that they can live peacefully and for some, for revenge on how humans treat them in lab). The leader of the rebelious intelligent cows who wants to bring extinction to humanity is Cow Norman, and the one who strongly believe intelligent cows and human can coexist peacefully is Cow Emma. Cow Norman have 90% winning possibility since he already make alliance with groups/countries/terrorists who hates the United Nation or peace in generall. Cow Emma tried to find a way to minimize the casualties on our side because she believe that not all humans are bad and there are some that can live without eating cows like the vegans.. what a naive cow, right?
The intelligent cows only know the government people since they deal with the cows a lot to maintain the national stability. They have no idea that common cows who probably willing to help their cause exist.
The common people only know regular cows, that their meat taste good, and that people who don't eat meat is foolish to miss such delicacies.
Now, what do you think as a human? There're rebellious intelligent cows plotting to kill your families for eating meat.

IT'S FREAKY HOW NATURAL IT FEELS SEEING A HIGH SCHOOL BOY SHOWING HONEST AFFECTION TOWARDS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GIRL.
This mangaka is a genius. I'm saying it purely on her ability to create a plot formula that creates a beautiful story out of a super-creepy-pairing idea.
My god, never thought I could fall this deep when I read the summary (creep me out so much I refused to read it for a very long time)

Truly my monthly dose of peacefull escape from everything wrong in real life.. Beautiful art, beautiful personalities, drama-free plot, positivity everywhere... Whoever they ended up with, I approve. I don't care if this story continue forever (since the happy end is almost certain), I just want to keep reading this forever... (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

Kanna: "If it was just me, I wouldn't have been able to do anything."
Damn right, kanna. You just sum up your easy life there: doting father, loving mother, versatile and cheerful boyfriend, another handsome boy pursuing you, and even a sweet shop miraculously 'forced' a job on you when you need to find a part-time job. And you somehow managed to give them a troubled expression on their 'approach', like "oh no, they forced a job I'm not familiar with right when I need money to marry my ikemen carpenter boyfriend, what should I do??"
Finally there's a no-good MC from this mangaka. Tell me ONE good reason of why the reasonable male best friend love his whiny I-cant-live-without-love best friend, since he looks like he know her best. But of course, there's no logic in love.
And, as much as I love her works, I also notice that Yamamori-sensei seems to treat male-female friendship as a mere myth.
