I’m on chapter 9, but I’m not sure if it’s worth continuing. I got bothered by the ratings and some of the comments saying the art quality keeps degrading with each chapter. I’m already sad about the art changes in Dear Benjamin and Sweet Not Sugar, and honestly, I don’t want to invest in another manhwa with the same issue

Won took Seon-ho to a doctor, and honestly, the poor guy was in such a critical state that even the doctor was stunned by his injuries. After treatment, he was still unconscious, and for a moment I thought, finally, Seon-ho might catch a break. But nope—of course not. Hae-soo shows up, fully mutated into a zombie. He’s absurdly strong, tossing Won aside like he weighs nothing.
And then the nightmare begins. Hae-soo corners Seon-ho, and out of that obsessed freak’s nape, these grotesque tentacles shoot out and wrap around him. And yes—you guessed it—one of them starts violating him. Yet another rape scene. As if that wasn’t enough, Hae-soo then pulls out his disgusting mutated dick and assaults Seon-ho again. Before, he already had to endure two dicks shoved into him, and now it’s a mutated one plus those vile tentacles at the same time. The poor guy’s body doesn’t even get a moment to breathe, let alone heal.
Just when it feels like things couldn’t get more twisted, Won returns and the two mutants clash in the forest.—and then bam, cliffhanger. That’s the end of the chapter, and now we’re left hanging for the next update. Honestly, the amount of rape in each arc is getting beyond insane. I need holy water, lots of 'em (っ｀Д´)っ･:∴+

Its good bcs there is an action and gore, but when chapter getting here, thats getting more rape and I need to stop first.. and this...why still have TW??? Why the rape getting too much??? I decided to read this because it has such high ratings, but I just couldn’t bring myself to like the main leads. Instead, my attention kept going to that little cute guy who’s always being bullied. He somehow reminds me of Doc Dan from Jinx—enduring everything silently, and it honestly breaks my heart. Can someone please drop some spoilers about him? I need to know what's going to happen to him for a peace of mind

Btw, MC has other things to care about by then. Mc was being bullied physically and emotionally (?), emotionally bullied by ML. Something about a misunderstanding by ML and then MC getting bullied in school from then on or something. So yeah, the other characters don’t really show up anymore.
