A typical trope? I mean is this something new? I don't think its a bad attitude. His impression on Youngchan hits on lower level. He's a type of character that wants to go on his own pace but instead he was dragged by Youngchan's pace that's why the bickering never stops. "i just have a hard time tolerating anything out of ordinary."
I think it's a combination of his personality (he seems to be a super type A, overachieving workaholic) and trauma from the bullying in his previous department. The thing with being in a hostile environment for a long period of time is that once you're out of that place, the defense mechanisms you developed to survive, remain with you. So that could be why he's misinterpreting innocent interactions with Youngchan as attacks.
That makes sense, I have realized he is a bit annoyed at the seme(?) personality but I can agree now that I think about it. Someone being loud and obnoxious at 7am everyday while you’re only there to work.

Part of me feels bad for the friend because he had insecurities from revealing his identity because they were killed just for being vampires by humans but rationally I know no one is entitled to reciprocate your feelings but then I feel bad from a friend standpoint on how the mc just completely blew him off just to pursue a relationship with someone who was only in it for their blood. I didn’t cry but the scene of him growing old and accepting death with contentment because of a happiness he knew was to come afterwards was so beautiful. At first I didn’t like the story because of how sexual it was, with sex in every chapter but the last few chapters shown the love they had for each other. Beautiful plot!
I wish I would’ve known they were brothers and lovers as well, it took me too long to understand what was happening. I’m very uncomfortable.

But I think that drug was given to Alexa that night which is why he waited outside in cold due to being told to, each thing he was told to do that night, he did. I’m thinking he didn’t call because the effects wore off and in turn of the drug he couldn’t remember. Maybe that’s why they kept pressing for him to drink that tea numerous times despite his declining, though I’m not sure why he’s not suspicious that each victim bares a resemblance to him.
