This is supposed to be after the main plot of the story. So we can get a glimpse into ‘happy ever after’ or resolve things in the story that didn’t get wrapped up properly. Not to erased a characters entire memory of just their partner so we can go thru the entire plot AGAIN but shorter and more frustrating. And to add more arcs and plot lines than the original story had. WTFFFFFFFFF I just wanted FLUFF everytime
Somebody tell these authors a character doesn’t have to reach rock bottom to decide to be a better person or realize their actions were wrong… And alternatively, you CAN create an unredeemable character or a situation where what they inevitably do for their redemption does not make up for all the horrible things they actively chose to do. And when you make these situations it’s worse for the characters development if they decide to change for any reason besides realizing they suck. At this point, I’m certain whatever reasons Jaegeng decides to take better care of Dan are gonna make me feel unsatisfied with his redemption because it will be hard to believe he’s changed and isn’t just doing whatever he needs to, to get Dan to come back to Seoul and keep his arrangement

It’s getting there, I think Dan just started to cook because I enjoyed very much each time Dan rejected him and didn’t once give in no matter what. We can see that Jaekyung really broke him and I can’t wait for him to break Jaekyung as well ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Dan clearly is not doing good AND we’ve been shown Jaegeng understands this is partially because he went off on him so harshly. You just witnessed an attempted unaliving that he claims to not even remember. Dan must’ve smelled terribly of alcohol when he pulled him out of the water too and you won’t even tell him that you came to not only see him but bring him back. Bribe his job and move in next door to harass him.
He has justifiably left and told you why and set boundaries. To go this far and not be able to admit you have feelings for him and then agreeing to take advantage of him - AS HE IS POSING IT TO YOU BLANTANTLY AS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIM. Also adding that this whole time has been you taking advantage of him. Which you know he has trauma about.
I am floored. If the next chapter isn’t Dan breaking down in the middle of it or being completely dissociated during it or Jaegeng not being able to go through with it… It’s getting harder for me to see Jaegeng being redeemed no matter what, you know what I mean?
You can hard track down, stalk, harass, be completely obsessed and absorbed by, sent into depression by the absence of this man, unable to be with anyone else casually now, unable to focus on the one thing he cared about anymore, and he still can’t even fathom the possibility that he likes Kim Dan???
