i think it was an intentional character trait that the author gave to takumi. it's highlighted a lot, and you can tell it's intentional because nobody laughs or agrees with his sexist remarks, they all hate it. and ryo only uses it as an excuse to get in his pants, pretending to buy into his idea that it's weird for him to not be into women.
(btw, a quick way to check for misogyny in a given media is to see how the female characters are portrayed in the story, rather than what is being said by a single character, and here raina and shouno and fujimine all have their own personalities and lives and aren't treated as 2d cutouts)
That's why i mentioned dialogue. I noticed the women his coworkers and such are chill I infact even like them but I wish people at least reprimanded him properly as it's hard to really like him that much.

They are an adorable couple but i don't think this story needs to be as long as it is. Individually they are extremely undeveloped as people but as a couple it's cute. Which makes it feel like it just continously going on like a drag.
It just like feels very underwhelming at times especially the king he feels more like a bug that keeps coming back than an actually threat
