I just read the novel omg, I love how Josh is the dominant in their relationship, if he wanted to kiss Chase, he'll do it. He's not the typical uke who blush when the seme notice him, in fact, it's the other way around. I don't have the link where I read it bc I did it in my computer, but if you want to read the novel just google Kiss Me If You Can Novel, I just clicked the first one that come up. It's actually pretty short with only 3 volumes + side stories. I finished it in a day.
May I suggest stop looking at this story with 'normal' perspective, both of them aren't even normal. MC is being eaten by guilt bc of his best friend's death, ML has psychopatic tendencies and can't be bothered if he hurts someone just because he can, both are flawed characters and if you take a moment and just look how LWY is trying to be normal, to try to understand CIB although he fails most of the time but he's doing it bc he wants to stay with him and with Inseob, I think he just doesn't want to move on and thinks he deserves to suffer by being with LWY with fhe guise of revenge but he actually likes him and still plans to continue the revenge even though there's no point in doing so. It's so complicated and that's why I like it.
Yo, did marking change in this universe? CMIIW, but in Kiss Me Liar, alphas can't mark omegas, I mean, they can but only temporary. So remember when Keith spent his rut with Yeon woo, and as an act of revenge YW marked him and now Keith can't emit pheromones and can only smell his omega's scent. But in this story it was the opposite. Chase marked him and now Josh doesn't have a scent. Is this how it is in the novel too?
From my understanding, it wasn't that Alpha's couldn't mark Omegas, just that it didn't always take (?)... and Keith could still emit pheromones, he just wanted to be with his omega (and he could still smell pheromones) - there was something else to it (I don't think it was just that he had no memory of who he slept with or who had marked him), but I don't remember. I also think that Josh simply never had a strong scent (unlike Yeonwoo).
In KML both can Mark each other but is different on both, when an alfa is marked he can't smell or react to other omegas and can only be with that person. But when an omega is marked he can be with other people and replace the mark with a new one, the only thing is that ones marked he can smell other altas pherormones but don't react to them the same way as with the alfa that marked him.
In Josh case, he didn’t smell that much to begin with, his pherormones are very low so nobody notice them, then with the mark he has more tolerance to others pherormones, he only reacts to Chase. Also Chase has more selfcontrol than those in KML
The thing is, with what Grayson said in KML, an alpha marking an omega is useless because it can be replaced by other alphas, so if it's temporary why did his mark lasted for years. So you're actually correct with Josh not reacting to other alphas but the one who marked him but when Keith bit Yeon Woo it literally doesn't do anything, hence Alphas marking omegas are useless. It just doesn't make sense to me that here the marking lasted for years but it was established before that marked omegas aren't really a thing.
read the raws, blind date guy is so suspicious. My theory is that he can't escape a relationship as well. There'll be a guy who will pull up after in a car and says something along the lines of 'stop playing and go back to me' and the blind date guy will start blushing. I think he went to a bljmd date and desperate for MC because he needed him to use him to escape the other guy.

Just an observation, in ML's pov in the 1st season they made it seem like his first choice (first love) was actually Aerok not Rapiel and he only married him because he's the 'better' version of Aerok. But when he died, (I admit Aerok was a pos for doing that to him) they made it seem like he imprinted on Rapiel because of how bad he treated Aerok in their first life. But imo, I feel like Rapiel's not really his 'greatest love'. He doesn't want to admit that he married him while being in love with someone else, and treated Aerok like that because he's in denial and guilty plus the fact that the one he loved caused the death of his husband.
I'm at that point in life that I no longer care whether the ML is toxic, abusive, red flag and whatever. If the story is making me want to read even though the characters are hateful then I consider it good because it makes want to read and anticipate for the next chapter. I also know that I don't condemn any of these happening in real life, I hate abusers, pedos, manipulators but I know the difference between fiction and real life.
goddamn, that guy we saw last ch 22, when Jeongseok and Gunjoon went on a date, yep the black haired guy who's extremely sus, in the latest ch he met GJ outside the restaurant where he and his friends got together to eat to 'confront' him basically,
idek why he had to do that, saying in the past JS used to only date women but WE did it just to try it. bitch. omggggg now feeding it to GJ's head that the only reason JS is with him is bc he's curious like tf???? i can't believe it I can fucking predict this already.
also in the ff episodes, the guy he went on a blind date with is sus as well, I feel like they're the side stories if there's any lol

There's only three mugo guys, the one in the red pane is the monster mugo we see on the last panel, he's the one who eats the scarifices. What I'm curious about is those white things, my theory is that they are the souls of the sacrifices in the past.
See I was thinking that but he keeps calling them disgusting. It’s gonna be something else. I don’t know what, but I don’t know.
I don't think so. I think the shadow figure with white eyes is the 4th one that eats the sacrifices. Monster Mugo showing up at the end is to throw the readers off imo.
