BUT ALSO --- also omg...my favourite villain is back. His arc was the most memorable for me.
I think we as viewers kind of forget that, we only see a portion of their lives through these up and down moments that are shown; when in reality they'd probably have more normal and mundane days where nothing happens off screen. Sometimes the comments here feel similar to the parasocial ones I see for YT celebrity couples, or something.
Eun Yool is just as sweet to Wonwoo, but in different ways. They think differently and have different love languages. Some people say it's unrealistic to not have changed much in 10 years, but the reality is, every couple is different; and every person grows at different increments at different stages of their lives. Can your personality remain consistent for 10 years? Absolutely. Are there couples that bicker and have differences for 10 years? I know several who are like this for even 20 years.
I think what's important is that they're still together, and still willing to be together regardless of these minor happenings. At this point, they're not just a couple, they're really family.

I think that...even if she went to the ML first and asked for help, his mom might just find a different excuse or method to indirectly blackmail her with; she seems like the type to get things done one way or another and it becomes a repeated cycle? Powerful business ladies have no qualms when it comes to the ends justifies the means.
I can kind of understand MC not wanting to go to ML first too, because up to now, she already has requested a lot of help from him up without being able to pay anything back, and feels guilty using his affections. Of course, it's not really good reasoning since it might hurt them both down the long run, but I also think she was too stressed to rationally think it through when she asked his mom because she did feel a bit of regret not opening up to him first about it in hindsight.

Tbh I'm a bit attached to Reihas (the priest) because he's had the most screentime to date, and seems to genuinely care. Seeing her with other guys now is kind of, hmm... feels awkward in an unnatural sense? Also that Lloyd guy going in for a nonconsensual hug and kiss (and drugging) is yuck. She doesn't even know you well yet.
I think they didn't kiss, and although I agree that it was not alright for lloyd to feed her a sleeping pill without her permission, he only did that coz fl won't rest even after exhausting herself to close the rift. But I totally agree with you about Reihas, I like him to be the ml more than the merchant, if only Reihas is the ml in this story *sigh*
Looking back, I'm not sure if their lips touched or not, but he didn't have to feed her medicine(?) via mouth-to-mouth (no one actually does that, that's what funnels are for---). So regardless of the reason, given his actions thus far, he's just behaving like an opportunist and that's a major two thumbs down from me.
I'll have to let go of the series here, but I hope everyone else still reading enjoys their time.
Umm he did not fed her the medicine via mouth to mouth, I'm sorry I may seem like I'm antagonizing you but really I just want to give some clarity haha If you read the chapter again where he fed her the pill, you'll notice his thumb on her mounth. He fed her with his hands, he was just too close. I think he did that to also surprise the fl.
I understand you're not out to anragonize me but, I did look very closely the 2nd time and the images are vague. Visually, it doesn't look like he fed her with the thumb but rather he's opening her mouth with his thumb and sending something through via his mouth. That's how it appears to /me/. If you actually try to motion it through there's no way he's holding onto any kind of medicine with his hand while using his thumb to push it in, it isn't logical.
Whether or not the lips touched or didn't, doesn't change that he's uncomfortably close, and the premise of surprising her really isn't a valid one to me. It's just whimsical nonsense.

1.) The novel was originally written as a competition piece, hence why it was so short (supposedly, don't quote me). It's just slightly longer and more detailed than the webtoon, and does have a sidestory. I am not sure if the webtoon artist will cover it considering they've taken no breaks.
2.) Also supposedly, the novel author has an R18 version of their smutty scene on her blog, I do not know if it's still there or where their blog is. (Again, don't quote me, it's just what I heard through the cracks from KR fans/readers).
3.) I did personally read the novel start to finish on Ridi, and though the novel is more detailed about things here and there, the webtoon is not terribly different even if it did cut out a little bit.
