Thanks for saying that, I thought the exact same thing! It also bothered me when I saw that none of her jewelry matched, like it was a pretty crown/hair ornament with reddish or brown accents and didn't match her white earrings or blue brooch :)
Fun tip~ Her hair accessory is called a Goddess Crown. It usually comes in different designs, but the specific design she wears is not the kind you'd wear with western outfits, it's a design more often seen with oriental/asian outfits. _(:3 7

Honestly I'm glad they didn't go the yuri route (nothing wrong with GL, though!). I just think Yuri is so sick of romance, loop after loop. What she really wanted was just allies and friends, to be free of the story and to just be her own person.
