I understand both parties have their own trauma and need to work through it (preferably with a therapist) so I'm not bothered by the psychological factors the author based this story. However my main issue with the ML is that the entire time he was with the MC he was thinking of another person.
Every touch, interaction, and conversation he was imagining someone else through him. Regardless of if the person he was thinking of is fictional or not, this just means he never interacted with or thought of MC sincerely as an individual and his own person. All the time spent together and every moment he spent with the MC has technically been fake.
Nothing about their relationship has been real on the ML's end. It has always been another he imagined and that is where I find a fundamental issue with their relationship and why I don't truly want them together as a couple. Either they get time apart and grow and then meet again to start fresh or please have the MC end up with someone else and the ML get the therapy he definitely needs.

When ML lost his memories he couldn't believe that he was with MC and it totally shocked ML that they were leaving together. It was hard for him to sinked in all that information. It also showed how ML knew MC in their college as a beautiful person but he said that his got nothing to do with him but later on got curious and curious till he approached MC and the start of the manhwa.
Basically it was before they met but his memories cut off in the part that he was just curious of MC. They've been together for 3 years and ML is very wholesome and clingy, tho he has manipulative and jealousy tendencies that MC is okay with. Anyway, back to him losing his memories. Like I said ML is having a hard time accepting their relationship to the point he asked MC to break up with him. Our poor MC got heartbroken and is trying not to cry in front of him. He said to wait a little bit and is trying to win back ML but ML is confused and having mixed feelings push MC away again and again. To the point they stopped living together. MC said he won't give up because both of them promised each other that they won't break up and if someone does they have to chase the other, which the MC and ML promised. MC even said that ML will get mad if he just give up on him.
So this time MC was is slowly approaching ML but ML keeps on pushing him away hurting our poor MC.
MC also left the apartment they're living in coz he can't stay at the place they had memories and I think ML said they should stop living together. You don't know how much MC was hurting, I just wanna hug him. MC even felt like giving up because ML was pushing him away too hard, he even rent a different small apartment. MC was crying every night there was a point he banged his head multiple times in his room and said he should also forgets ML.

alAfter that ML keeps getting bug by the thought of our MC. He can't get him off his head but also refuses MC. Later on he finds MC coz he couldn't take his mind of off him. Actually at some point he kissed MC and MC thought ML came back but wrong. This is where ML became more of an ass which was damn. I felt so bad I wanna punch ML. He said he still don't remember but hate it to be apart (?) or MC away from him. MTL was kinda confusing, idk if I understood that right. Anyway, they comprised by being each other and did the deed. ML also start liking MC but his still an ass that time coz bruh his personality completely made a turn. Then his also jealous whenever MC calls him by his name because MC calls it lovingly coz it was MLs. He became so jealous of it that he said he wanted to changed his name.
Afterwards, they start living together again but one day MC went out to go to his parents house living ML asleep. When ML woke up the first thing he was looking for was MC then he saw a note left by MC. He started calling MC asking him where he was and MC replied he was on his way to his parents house. ML started running for MC and when ML was the other side of the street he called MC and MC looked at the ML. The moment they met their eyes MC realized he was back, while running to him MC cried then ML was also running to MC he hugged him and MC cried like a baby to the point he fainted. ML immediately took him to the hospital. When MC woke up he saw how ML had bloodshot eyes, looked tired and rugged.
That's how it ends

MC and ML became MORE clingy to each other. MC doesn't get embarrassed being intimate or even if he does he still do it. Like BRUH FREAKING ADORABLE..
Wow that was a roller coaster ride but thank you so much for giving these spoilers!!! I may not read the side stories tho of they include it in the manhwa since this is too heartbreaking for the MC ML better have done some major grovelling after he got his memories back
I was actually in the verge of tears if weren't for my brain getting fried because of the MTL. The novel has so much feels on the side stories. You'll definitely be mad and feel sorry for MC.
But also can't blame ML it wasn't his choice to forget. I also felt bad for ML coz dude really loves MC. He made so much effort for MC that I'd rather get mad at the author for doing this to this adorable couple.
