I think the reason everyone is so dissatisfied with Soohyuk is because we had so much hope that he was going to be a great ML and to see that he didn't prioritize the MC in his time of need (especially when he was going through such turmoil) is what makes it so disappointing.
Its like having a high level of expectation because of how great Soohyuk was in the first half but then being let down time after time because he kept making disappointing choices in the second half (like when he didn't even help MC when he asked for help to the bathroom). Its almost like a sort of betrayal we feel on MC's behalf.

Not a green flag at all, he’s lying and manipulating the uke. But he’s also a kind and caring guy. I can’t stand lies in a relationship so I dont like him but i have to admit that he’s not an asshole like other semes.

Manhwa Kael > Novel Kael. I love what the artist is doing right now, because here we see Kael expressing to Hess the clean cut in his feelings for that pink problem. In the novel he felt guilty for being happy talking to the pink-has only one brain cell-thing but in the manhwa he feels guilty for being indifferent to her now when he used to feel so much for her.
(And Hurrah for that, having pink eye is no joking matter)
So I hope they keep up with this Kael cuz I can't lie, Novel Kael got me quite dissapointed in him sometimes. Manhwa Kael On Top!!!

I don't know if Im blind or not but in my eyes this ML is a Green flag y'all. Their relationship is so cute, I was actually really nervous at first thinking this is going to be one of those crazy psychological stories but its just crazy sex lol. They're actually so cute and fluffy tho! Hope the author keeps this up!
Let me tell you why he ain't a green flag:
first he enjoys teasing uke by making him embarrassed (giving big clothes and then giving a cup of water so the pants will drop and then making fun of the mess)
and messing with him (kick the table to spill the drink on uke and then play the savior, also hiding the fact that he's older)
getting unreasonably angry when uke doesn't want to tell personal information (grabbing the neck trying to force it out of him),
Constantly being too rough (keeps on pinching uke's cheeks although he says that it hurts),
Coercing into drinking the beer kinda,
And the sex scene, uke kept saying that he's scared, it's too fast, he's inexperienced, it hurts, he's tired but it's all well and good because he came right? NOT.
And I know it's story logic but NEVER PUT ICE INSIDE THE BUTT, that can seriously cause gangrene in some cells if the ice cube is too long in one spot, which can develop into necrosis, which needs to be treated by cutting off the affected part or else it keeps spreading and possibly killing a person.
Also uke got fired because of seme (seme saw the asshole in the store said something hurtful to uke and chose to beat him up, as can be seen by the burning red knuckles and slightly bloodied watch on his hand as he pats uke on the head afterwards). I know it was done to avenge for uke, but the repercussions are quite harsh compared to him leaving it be, or finding out where the asshole lives and fucking him up in a situation that cannot be traced back to uke.
And generally I don't like the constant teasing, dragging uke everywhere without much listening to him, since uke is a victim of severe bullying and thus may not be able to distinguish what is too much when it comes from someone who also shows him affection.
It is thanks to the fact that uke doesn't fight back much and somewhat condones this behavior that the story seems cute. Had he been a bit more sensitive and guarded this would be a whole different story.
I just feel so bad for Eclis, he's going through the wringer already with his tragic backstory and now he's not only being manipulated once (Our girl Penelope, tho we get why but its sad for him cause he'll be left behind) but also TWICE unwillingly (by Yvhoe who is clearly brainwashing him)
Like let this man catch a break and give him a happy ending please
