One of the most stupid and unsatisfying ending I've ever read. I felt angry. Too bad, the story was good and the beginning, and till the almost end. But the ending sucked so much I barely felt happy with it. I was so invested in Joy and I really hoped Yuna just freaking move on. And I thought she did because she dated Joy and she actually looked like she forgot about Dahye fo a moment. Until that freaking Dahye just showed up and confessing. And I was like YOOOO NOPE NOPE NOPE. THAT'S A BIG NO. Joy deserves better.
The only thing I confused is whether the prince knows that Estella is a girl. Whether it's just translation thingy/error or maybe he really did know Estella is a girl right from the beginning or he kinda finds out after they got engaged. I dunno
I have my suspicion that the story of when the lady in waiting started cutting the dress off her in front of the prince- He found out. I assume there will be some kind of flashback reveal when he ultimately confesses.

I thought it was more of a "If a woman is found to be pretending to be a man, it's treason" kind of thing. The whole reason she even disguises herself as male is because unwed women in this setting aren't allowed to inherit. (As in thier husbandos can). Women are blocked from all sorts of paths too.
