They're.So.CUTE. Holy heck. The way Togo just kind unconsciously cuddles into Sana when they're talking. Lawd my heart.
I really feel for Togo, I know it can be super hard to express yourself. For me with my ADHD and anxiety, I either can't figure out what to say at all, or I blurt things out and always say the wrong thing. But Togo is such a sweet bean and it's about time his coworkers realize that.

Gosh, it hurt so much when the little kid ran away from Yuma because he was scared. Yuma obviously adores children and wants to make them smile, so it was probably really painful to see a child run away from him. He's seriously like, the sweetest character and I hope we don't have to see him lose his job or something because people are scared of him due to the scar.

Okay so, a few years back I was stuck in abusive job situations. Sexual harassment, cruel practical jokes, being literally screamed at for minor mistakes by my managers in front of the entire company.
During that time I was applying to jobs everywhere. So were my friends and coworkers (b/c the company we were at sucked). I had to watch the people around me quit the abusive company and get hired at amazing companies. As for me, I applied everywhere and rarely got interview requests, and got rejected from the jobs I did get interviews for. This destroyed my sense of self-worth.
Chiya didn't handle the situation well, but it can be hard when you feel inferior to literally everyone around you. When you're already dealing with other mental health issues like the uke obviously is (and for me it was anxiety and depression) it makes everything so much worse. Even when the people around you try to support you, it starts just feeling like pity. You start feeling inadequate, worthless, and so on. If Kei had told Chiya outright about going full time, it may have been different, but in Chiya's mind, Kei hid it because he pitied Chiya.
People just have to understand that mental health issues are destructive and it can be incredibly difficult to pull yourself back when the bad emotions surge. Kei didn't deserve to be yelled at, and Chiya needs to reflect, but Chiya is also battling mental health and severe self-esteem issues and I sympathize with him.

I probably should have added that I'm doing far better now. Since I couldn't find a job back then and my job was destroying me, I embarked on a brand new career path, lived abroad for two years, and am now less than half a year away from finishing a masters degree. Thank you so much for the kind words!
Oh great, another manipulative, lying ass hole of a seme. Is he really trying to get revenge? Is he just making that up to get the uke to sleep with him? Who knows because he's just fucking around with the uke and using whatever tools he can to get the uke to do what he says.
