these people who are prob just the kids of the original research group from Earth want to "invade" and "conquer" Earth...
this is 25 years of culture they got, even if the original research team was on the large side I can't image they have more than maybe a couple hundred people at most and they want to invade Earth which houses billions of people.

it's kinda nice that we have a typical/non-typical villainess story where the FL doesn't have any real negative feelings for the crown prince who broke their engagement and in fact still wishes to serve him as a knight.
of course this is only nice since the crown prince (while not without his flaws) isn't actually a bad dude or loser. he just has inferiority issues he needs to get over. he does still want to be a good king and better the lives of his people.
at the end of the day they're still teenagers who need to grow and mature into well-rounded adults and find their time to shine.
its one thing to harbor no ill feelings but its another thing to SERVE him as a knight. i think the comment below yours about this crown prince personality give a better insight.

Agreed and I think their writing made it pretty believable that he got burned out which is why he acted that way sometimes they give an excuse but it seems so lame but I still don’t like the guy, but I actually feel sorry for this prince
