The Mangaka made another story connected to this one called No, yo na. It’s really good and although it’s not a yaoi it’s still connected to this manga and I see Chizu as a teen and her dad a lot. It’s about this author named Kinaho who’s boyfriend brings home two kids cus their parents died. It focuses on the nuances of parenthood and is really good. Ok ease give it a try.

What a lovely story! Thanks for recommending it! The younger child is such a sweetheart and reminds me of Chizu. Seeing Yoshioka settled down and happy with Oosawa and Chizu after many years was a nice touch. Just goes to show that with a good story and characters, it doesn't really matter what genre it is.
