This story was so objectively ASS
Like, if you enjoyed it then good for you bc anyone can enjoy a shit story but you gotta admit it was so bad. MC was fine and there was a lot of fake deep moments and white girl pinterest board lines that I think had bit of meaning but overall just felt like they were trying to fill in/ overexplain everything we lacked from the actual story itself. The ML was so shitty and they didn't even have any real chemistry or genuine heartfelt moments for him to actually cling to when he suddenly decided to be desperate, and he couldn't even do that well LOL. Second ML was so, so much better and healthier and yeah he was clinging to a part he didn't remember (which btw felt extremely unnecessary and out of place with this story) but he truly did see him as a person and he proved that over and over again. Overall his existence just seemed unnecessary for the actual plot even though I wish he was the one MC ended up with. Even though this story was so long, it dragged out all the unnecessary bits and left out actual character development for everyone except for mc. I feel like somehow it was both extremely predictable and yet really incohesive and messy for literally no reason. I'm not even that harsh with BL and I'm usually like, oh it's just not my cup of tea, but this was awful LOL
