Ok so this is a longshot but a while ago I watched a Jdrama and I cannot for the life of me remember what its called but i really wanna rewatch it.
It was bl, i think… about a generic-ish looking guy and a guy who was really hot- constant ab shots and i specifically remember a later episode- maybe the last. The genericish guy gets kidnapped by an older sorta crazy woman and is saved by the hot guy because the older woman thinks the hot guy is her dead son.
