It's like... the green-hair dude was supposedly clueless about Korean showbiz and the actor guy's celebrity life, but then he just up and threatened a reporter by bluffing about "insider" info from the actor guy's company. It's suspicious, especially to actor guy who's incredibly paranoid and seriously thought he could trust green-hair and everything he's said until now.
Actor guy is definitely overreacting, but we've seen him get in his own head and hyper-fixate about even small things before, so I think it's pretty much in character. (Sorry I didn't use their names XD)
