the author did well to write an ending for us. it definitely could have been longer but I can easily imagine how it could have been lengthened given the many period dramas and stories I've watched and read. Short and sweet at least =) wish the last chapter was in color though
I was with Spottoon when this was still there but then I lost touch and didn't get to read the last 20+ chapters. I was so annoyed that I let that happen and was sad Spottoon lost the license. I saved the chapters so I know the story for the most part except for how it ends. The relationship b/n Crimson Moon and the king is unfortunate....Didn't care much for the supposedly FL
I would hate to see our dear ciel have to rebuild the legacy he built from his small hands. He looked forward with innovation of the future while his brother real Ciel is looking to be an old hat stubborn traditional noble
Right?? Our Ciel is smart and he's predicting and adapting to the changes of society.
I think this needs a bit more time to flesh out the characters especially our supposedly female lead. I thought she'd be the star of our story but turns out it is the eventual bridge groom from her childhood dreams. For now, it carries the story along with each chapter enough to continue going for me (also i really do like the art). That said, I think it is odd how some people seem to find the reversed gender roles distasteful or unappealing. I get it seems one dimensional at the moment but i'd say there is enough foreshadowing to tell there is more than meets the eye regarding the queen's actions
