He wanted to marry her when the scandal and rumors said she was a hussy cuz he really loved her but his father refused to send the marriage :( and sent him away. Opal father also married her off to Hubert pretty fast too...so he lost his chance fast :(. Claude is muuuuch better than crummy Hubert.

Started reading this manga just to see some juicy smut scenes but was surprised that the comedy was on point and had me laughing. Later on the chapters kept getting more and more ridiculous like someone else said chapter 22 lol yup that's when everything went stupid dark. I like Akane, Mai, Yuki, Mr. Oizumi BUT Takuya, and Takashi 'bromance' got too outta hand that I started to not like them xD. Don't wanna spoil but Takuya does some dumbass 'decision' making.
