I can’t stand this same old routine where he finally defeats one disciple and then we cut to a meeting and everyone was basically disregarding their death bc they were “weak” or “insignificant”… like do any of these mfs matter at this point..?? Why can’t any of them actually be shocked to give us readers at least an idea of the achievement he actually did by killing these characters, because right now every time he defeats someone it feels like a big nothing burger and doesn’t do anything for the story.

I feel like this is more focused on looking beautiful rather than an actual thought out story of any kind. Like, each panel is drawn like it was made to be posted on twitter as a stand alone piece, it’s just so beautiful. Yet… the story is pretty mediocre, generic, and the characters (except the father, sister, and bother) feel very lack luster and one dimensional so far. Dunno if this is based off a novel, but I hope the novel was better than this and it’s just the manhwa doing a bad portrayal/adaptation of the novel.
Also just a side note, imo, I highly dislike these types of male leads, MC saves him, he’s like “wow she’s interesting!” and they fall in love… like these leads have no value to the story and sometimes are better without. I don’t mean to hate with so little chapters, but idk just wanted to share because it was annoying me (⊙…⊙ )

This is such an uncomfortable read… although I like the fact that the FL is not a damsel, I don’t like how fast everyone is so accepting with how everything is going. Also the ML acting like a know it all and super mature while looking like he’s 11 makes it both uncomfortable and unserious. I read all 20 chapters and don’t think I’ll continue lol
I lowkey hope that she becomes evil and does take the deal, but considering how the conversation is going right now, probably won't happen... but it was worth a hope...
