My precious Dan sounded so sad when he mentioned the contract. He obviously still has feelings but after all that happened he thinks he is only a tool to Jk :(

I'm glad that JK apologized and is even willing to let Dan go and knows he doesn't have any right to make Dan stay. He recognizes he fucked up big time. I never thought we would live to see the day that JK apologized and became so self aware

I think this story needs to be renamed from Jinx to Karma because everything bad that has happened to JK like him crashing out over his crush on the guy that he tormented as well as losing his his championship title were all his karma hhhhhhh

Had time to read back and reflect on Jaekyung. I recall at some point how I compared this story to BJ Alex and how similar they were as well as expressing my disappointment as to how similar they seemed. But again, I must accept that Mingwa shut my mouth so quick. Unlike with BJ Alex where we had to wait for the extras to see how Jiwon would spoil DG to make up for all the crap he did (which to this day I still don't think it was all Jiwon's fault, DG put himself in that situation knowing full well what he had agreed to) In this story we can see that Jaekyung is trying to make the conscious effort to be better and to win Dan over. BJ Alex felt too rushed to get to the forgiveness part. But here we can see more of what goes on in JK's head AND even though he still acts tsundere, he does his best to watch what he says and does around Dan. Also not sure if it's just me but I like the fact that JK is also interested in hanging out with Dan, trying new things with him, and getting to know him as a person and not only lusting after him. BJ Alex was all just sex all the time even though DG wanted to go out on more dates, but all Jiwon wanted to do was stay home and screw day and night. JK started off just lusting after Dan but now he sees him as an important person in his life. He now cares about Dan, his well being, and the one person he loves most which is his grandma. I like that JK is healing his past traumas and attempting to help Dan heal as well. He screwed up big time and he knows it even though there are times he acts so clueless. I hope we see them talk it out at some point.

I also recognize that I complained how out of character JK seemed at first but after careful consideration I just think love made him silly/stupid. And also he gets hit in the head so many times in his job that it's bound to make some screws loose in there.

Im glad Kim Dan had a fun time. He is so cute and lovely. I dont care about JK at all I just want him to make it up to Dan and make him happy.

It just seems out of character for a guy who always refused to take a break and thinks everything other than training is a waste of time....also when he said "i'll just wear a t-shirt and call it a day" is also uncharacteristic of JK who is always looking fashionable in brand name clothes. Sure, not full blown suits but even just a button down and a nice watch. How long has it been since he started stalking Dan in the country side? Was it really long enough for him to change so much about himself? Even if he is just doing it for Dan's sake, it doesn't seem like he even asks Dan for his opinion on what he likes or doesn't like or wants to do.

But I guess it's a good way for them to try new things they otherwise would never do on their own.

Why am I not surprised they are making JK the tsundere secretly doting boyfriend type.

Also that Gabriel guy looks so unsettling with that beard. Doesn't look hot at all, more like uncanny valley. But when you edit out the beard he looks like Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent kind of.

I'm glad that Dan is starting to get better and that JK is staying in his lane as best as he can but we'll see how long that lasts.

What if JK decides not to use Dan before the match? Kind of like debating whether he should or not, but after some jealous misunderstanding with the French guy it makes JK screw up and do something stupid again?

Yet again proving how socially inept he is. He thinks love bombing is enough to make Dan happy or erase all the terrible things he ever did or said to Dan. Not to mention he never asks what Kim Dan truly wants, just assumes and does as he pleases until Dan feels like he has no choice but to accept. But I mean JK wouldn't be JK if he were magically perfect at communicating like a normal human being.

Next, can't believe grandma is the culprit of that cursed hoodie. I always thought the same as JK. I thought he was too poor to buy something else Still doesn't give JK the right to throw away someone else's belongings though. Unless it is an unwashed crusty dusty musty relic that is dangerous enough to be a biohazard, in that case just burn it. Dan might be poor but Im sure he takes care of what little he has.
